Bonuses

MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND - $50

Employee must work 5/26, 5/27, 5/28.

Employee must work at least 30 hours from 5/26/2018 to 6/01/2018, including 5/26, 5/27 and 5/28 to qualify for the bonus.

 

WEEKEND BONUS - UP TO $50

Additional $25 for working on 6/02/2018 and 6/03/2018.

Additional $25 for working on 6/09/2018 and 6/10/2018.

 

LABOR DAY WEEKEND BONUS - $50

Employee must work on 9/01, 9/02 and 9/03.

Employee must work at least 30 hours from 8/28/2018 to 9/03/2018, including 9/01 and 9/02 to qualify for the bonus.

 

EARLY SIGN ON BONUS - $75

To qualify for $75 Early Sign On Bonus, employee must be hired with all the paperwork completed by February 1st, 2018.

Employee must work a minimum of 175 hours thought the season.

 

REFERRAL BONUS - $50

To qualify for $50 Referral Bonus, referred guard must be available to work through Labor Day weekend, including 9/1/2018, 9/2/2018 and 9/3/2018. If the referred guard does not work on these dates referring guard will not be eligible for the bonus.

Referred guard must work a minimum of 100 hours thorough the season. If the referred employee quits, or is terminated, referring employee will not be eligible for the bonus.

 

 

Applies to all Bonuses:

o   Employee must work a full scheduled shift in order to get the bonus.

o   Employee must maintain current certifications throughout contract dates.

o   Employee must always be in compliance with PremierGuard Code of Conduct.

o   Receipt of written warnings to the employee will reduce the amount of bonus paid to employee up to, and including, loss of entire bonus based upon severity of infraction.

o   If an employee is terminated or does not otherwise maintain employment with Premier Aquatics, the employee will not be eligible for any of the Bonuses.
